Familiar faces: Dancerace expands UK & APAC services teams with invoice finance experts
In July, we welcomed a number of familiar faces to our UK and Australasian services teams, as part of our ongoing commitment to hiring lender-side invoice finance and ABL experts to help better serve banks and lenders.
Each new team member brings 10+ years of invoice finance experience to the company, adding five decades of industry knowledge to the services side of our business.
- Maria Crocker has joined us as customer & application support manager, from Sonovate. Maria will apply her invoice finance and fintech ops and product management experience to lead our app support team.
- Maria will be supported by Kelly Cahill and Mejanur Miah; both customer & application support executives. Kelly joins us from Praetura Invoice Finance and Mejanur from Access Group UK and Bibby Financial Services.
- Meanwhile, James Bramham is our new customer success manager in the UK. Joining us from Aldermore Invoice Finance, James will offer pro-active support and consultation to help our lenders drive maximum value from their Dancerace platform – including our new r3 RiskOps risk management system.
- Finally, on the other side of the globe, we’ve welcomed Sara Marinich to our Australasian services team, as customer success manager. Sara will apply her risk and operations experience at Moneytech and Scotpac to support our fast-growing portfolio of lenders in Australia and New Zealand.
Attracting industry experts like Maria, Kelly, Mejanur, James and Sara is a validation of our products and vision, says Head of Customer Success Louisa Templeton:
“Banks and lenders worldwide depend on Dancerace to help power and grow their lending operations, and many of our new and existing services team members are those we’ve worked with previously, as clients. It’s a privilege to know that so many of them want to join our journey and help shape the way our industry works. Let’s get to it!”
