Dancerace welcomes Microsoft veteran Natalie Inman to leadership team

Lending software provider Dancerace has welcomed Natalie Inman as Chief of Staff the latest industry expert to join as part of the company’s rapid strategic expansion.

Natalie will work with CEO Elliot Avison and the company’s leadership team in the UK to drive alignment and help execute the Dancerace’s global customer services strategy.

A software industry veteran with extensive transformation and client services experience, Natalie joins Dancerace from Microsoft, where she worked for 25 years – most recently as Chief of Staff.

“At Microsoft, I worked across several organizations and got to experience all elements of the customer journey, from creating products in engineering to working with software users in client success. I had an incredible time and learned so much in my role, developing a passion for how technology can simplify the complex and drive productivity.

“After my 25-year anniversary at Microsoft I felt ready to try something new. From our first conversation, I could see that Dancerace is a company with people at its heart. This culture – and the team’s bold ambitions and potential for growth – made it the right place for me to start my next chapter. I’m looking forward to getting started!”

Dancerace CEO Elliot Avison commented: “I’m really looking forward to working with Natalie and learning from her decades of experience. I’m sure we’ll make a formidable team and Natalie will be invaluable in helping me to make Dancerace a more effective business for the future.”

Natalie’s move follows the company’s acquisition by Norland Capital earlier this year. In November, Dancerace was named a ‘world-class’ employer by the Best Companies survey.
