Join us: September System Optimisation Webinars
Later this month, we’ll host two live system optimisation webinars to help UK and European lenders optimise how they use our IF and ABL functionality – part of our ongoing commitment to help users drive maximum value from our platform.
If you’re a Dancerace user, join us on Thursday 15th September and Thursday 24th September for these free online training sessions, led by our in-house training team.
Session one will take place at 14:30pm on Tuesday 15 September and focus on invoice finance. We’ll cover:
- Customisation tips for c3
- Our new single sign-on (SSO) and self-serve reporting features
- An introduction to Workspace, including the dashboard, task management, smart notification and client insights functionality
- Payment pricing, two-level payment authorisation, automatic credit sweeps and more
In session two at 14:30pm on Thursday 24th September, we’ll focus on Trade and ABL – including:
- An introduction to trade and loans in c3
- Recent enhancements to trade facilities, including two-level payment authorisations, additional exposure options, deposits, fees and charges
- Recent enhancements to loan facilities, including new interest, repayment and fee modes
- Trade and loan notifications in Workspace
Each online session will last two hours, with time for questions. The webinars will be led by Dancerace Product Trainer Sharon Cross, with support from Phil Cannon, Customer Success Manager and Rosie Johns, Product Specialist.
